I have always been a seeker. A seeker of understanding all things human. The psychology of humans, the behaviors of men and women, especially the vast diversity of gender, have fascinated me from an early age.
My latest series, Holding Space, explores the sacred balance between the divine feminine and divine masculine through geometric abstraction. Circles and soft, fluid forms embody the feminine — intuitive, receptive and nurturing — while squares and angular structures express the masculine — grounded, directional and disciplined.
My long-standing fascination with gender roles and primal meaning deepened through my study of Gnosticism, where I began to understand how these polarities shape both individuals and society.
In a patriarchal world that has distorted both energies, my work seeks to reveal and reconcile that imbalance.
Each piece becomes a meditation on harmony — where softness meets structure, and the circle and square coexist as symbols of healing and integration within the human spirit.

Using color palettes for mood with shapes and texture for gender, I combine mixed media to create a visual expression.
Oil pastels, acrylics, topographic maps, wood and wire are some of my regular resources.
My work is completely experimental and varied because reflecting how I see life and the journey to self mastery.
At the Chico ART festival, this year when the treatment and respect for women is ever in our hearts and on our mind, I would like use a portion of my tent to display my thought provoking Barbie Art. Preview my Barbie Art on my website HERE.
