I work with leather to create personal items ranging from key fobs, jewelry, Dopp kits, to tote bags and backpacks. I love using wooden stamps to imprint the leather for wallets and jewelry. The wooden stamps give a special texture to the image. I also enjoy stamping with steel stamps for a more traditional look. I’m currently working on some “Western” style carving and tooling techniques to incorporate into my bags. I currently cut all my bags by hand and sew them on an industrial sewing machine. My bags are mostly unlined, showcasing the natural suede of the leather.
