I’m Paula Kaplan, an artist in Chico, CA, with a degree in Fine Art from CSU Chico in 1978. I love making unique jewelry, focusing on bracelets, necklaces, and rings in sterling silver and with stones of various textures and shapes.
My skill set encompasses charcoal, paint, and jewelry. My collection of personal and distinctive pieces tells a colorful story ranging from animal portraits to cityscapes and more. Every day is different in my studio. I aim to produce art that is not only visually appealing but also holds a special significance for its owner.
Meet Paula at the Chico ART Festival, May 10 & 11, 2024. The festival will feature the work of 40+ artists, along with live music and dance events, all outdoors on the beautiful expansive grounds of the St John’s Episcopal Church on Floral Avenue.
