Over 50 years ago, Clay invited me to play. I learned to use a pottery wheel and acquired traditional hand-building techniques to create simple, useful bowls. Now, I aspire to make well-crafted bowls that invite others to touch, enjoy, and use them. Plant shapes and forms inspire my decorated surfaces. Creating bowls of all sizes and purposes is a joy. I am not done yet.
