Outdoors at St John’s Episcopal Church, 2341 Floral Ave, Chico
The Chico Art Festival will take place on Friday and Saturday, May 8 and 9, at the beautiful outdoor campus of St. John’s Episcopal Church located on Floral Avenue in Chico. This event is free to the public, with ample on-site and nearby parking.
St. John’s Episcopal Church, with its spacious grounds, offers plenty of space for our outdoor art booths and the music and dance entertainment stage, plus beautiful gardens to explore, a playground, and even a labyrinth to walk through. Local artists will transform their spaces into imaginative galleries open to the public. We will also host booths for selected community arts organizations. This joyous event is free and family-friendly with live music and dance, art demos, fun art activities for kids, food trucks, specialty coffees, and margaritas.
The Chico ART Festival aims to bring together artists, arts organizations, and the public in a beautiful, serene setting. This festival highlights the importance of a vibrant arts community, making Chico a wonderful place to live. Our two-day, all-inclusive ART Festival has four main goals: to showcase local artists, to promote Chico as an arts destination, to educate the public about the variety and value of art in our community, and to throw a really great Chico-style party.
